Course Description
Next steps for those who have completed the Safety Leadership Skills. Further develop your Safety Leadership skills this course covers: * Gauging belief and confidence in existing situation * Building trust * How to deal with making mistakes * Developing intervention skills that support a positive safety culture * Reporting interventions effectively * Communicating breaches * Sharing your skills to develop the strong safety community Please note this course is suitable for people who have already attended the two day Safety Leadership course (pre-requisite). Please enquire for dates for this course.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations 
The following charges apply: 
14+ days before a course - £35 administration fee
 10 - 13 days before a course - 50% of the course fee 4 - 9 days before a course -  75% of the course fee 
0 - 3 days before a course -  100% of the course fee. 
Re-allocate course places
 To avoid a course cancellation charge, you can re-allocate a space to an alternative delegate, up to 24 hours before the course starts. Course dates and venues
 imorph reserve the right to change or cancel published dates and alter venues without liability. 
In the event of a cancellation and where an alternative cannot be provided, a full refund will be provided.
