This is not unusual feedback and one of my failings is that we don’t share this kind of feedback half often enough, blowing my own trumpet doesn’t come easy to me.
I liked this feedback in particular as this was no ‘green’ delegate, they’ve been on every course going, seen it all, done it all.
Our Safety Leadership courses are among the programmes I’m proudest to have developed and delivered in our 20-year journey. That pride comes from seeing the difference it makes to individuals, to teams and to cultures.
The courses are all about the people. How we show up. Dealing the difficult aspects of being a safety leaders and how to lead with integrity, clarity and care.
We’ve had some brilliant people come through this course, and it’s feedback like this that reminds me why it matters so much.
